# Muware logs, info lookups, AFK, snipe, and aliases

> Set up Muware log channels, then use the extra tools: info lookups, ping, snipe, AFK, send, copyembed, and server-only command aliases.

This page has Muware's log channels plus all the handy extras that don't fit anywhere else.

## Logs

Point each log type at a channel.

| Command | What gets logged |
| - | - |
| `,memberlogs <channel>` | Nick changes, roles, timeouts |
| `,modlogs <channel>` | Bans, kicks, mutes, automod, antinuke |
| `,joinlogs <channel>` | Joins and leaves |

```text Example theme={null}
,modlogs #mod-logs
```

## Extra tools

### info

```text theme={null}
,info <user|role|category|lastfm name>
```

Figures out what you meant and shows it.

### ping

```text theme={null}
,ping
```

Shows uptime, ram, and ping.

### snipe

```text theme={null}
,snipe
```

Shows the last deleted message in that channel.

### afk

```text theme={null}
,afk [reason]
```

If people ping you or reply to you, Muware tells them you're AFK. Talk again and it clears.

```text Example theme={null}
,afk eating
```

### send

```text theme={null}
,send <text or {title;description}>
```

Makes the bot say it. Use the [embed format](/embeds-and-buttons) and it sends an embed. Same goes for buttons.

```text Example theme={null}
,send {Rules;Read them} {button:interaction:message_send:ok}
```

### copyembed

```text theme={null}
,copyembed
```

Reply to an embed first. Muware gives you the `{title;description}` code so you can reuse it.

## Aliases

Make your own shortcuts for commands. They only work in your server.

```text theme={null}
,alias add <real command> <short>
,alias remove <short>
,alias
```

* `alias add` makes a shortcut.
* `alias remove` deletes one.
* `alias` on its own shows all of them.

```text Example theme={null}
,alias add commands cmds
```

Now `,cmds` opens the command panel.
