Stop server nukes with Muware antinuke rules and admins

Antinuke stops someone from wrecking your server. You set limits like “no more than 4 new channels in a minute” and pick what happens to anyone who goes over. The server owner, bot owners, and antinuke admins don’t get hit by it.

Rules

,antinuke <action> <number> <time> <consequence>

Example

,antinuke create_channel 4 1m removeroles

If someone creates more than 4 channels in a minute, their roles get stripped.
